Exfoliate the skin (remove dead skin cells from the outermost surface of the skin) that will help better absorption of lotion. (Deeper absorption = Greater results)
Apply generously and deep massage with fingertips for 1-2 minutes every night before going to bed. Repeat in the morning preferably without washing off the night application.
Sun exposure is not necessary but recommended in the morning for about 20-30 minutes for stimulation of pigments. If exposure to morning sunlight is not possible, UVB lamp can also be used as an alternative.
